Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. They delegate daily tasks and focus on training, nurturing, and motivating team members.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: manage shifts, lead others
2. Customer service: prioritize customer experience
3. Results delivery: manage inventory and sales strategies
4. Merchandising: maintain visual standards, organize, and execute floor plans

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to lead and communicate confidently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching experience preferred
• Availability: 10-20 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aspiring to advance into store leadership and expand their career
• Physical requirements: stand, walk, communicate, handle objects, reach, differentiate colors, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
