Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, keep the sales floor presentable, delegate projects, and focus on training and nurturing staff.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and other activities to achieve store goals, including sales, customer service, staff retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. Enthusiasm is key!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: managing shifts and leading others
2. Customer service: prioritizing customer experience

4. Merchandising: maintaining visual standards, organizing, and executing floor plans

Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching experience preferred
• Availability to work 10-20 hours weekly, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aiming for long-term store leadership and career growth
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, using hands, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
