Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads lead others, deliver results, and help set selling standards through coaching and direction of Sales Associates. They maintain the sales floor, delegate daily projects, and focus on training, organization, and visual standards.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. Enthusiasm is key!

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
