Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House could be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain the sales floor, delegate tasks, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

• Staffing: Shift management, leading others

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
