Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is hiring a Team Member Support Specialist in Spokane to connect Goodwill employees with resources and referrals that promote independence and workplace stability. You will provide direct and indirect service support, document activities, and coordinate with partners to help Team Members navigate complex systems.

Must pass background and driver record checks; a Bachelor's degree or relevant case-management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years case management, navigator, or mentor experience.
• Health Care Authority Certified Peer Specialist (or able to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TMs to determine needs and design a plan of action.
• Enter TM demographic and referral data into the EHR within 24 hours.
• Document all services provided in the EHR.
• Identify resources and refer to GIIN and community resources to assist TMs in building independence.
• Provide direct support, coaching, and mentoring to TMs.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and build partnerships with local organizations.
