Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking staff to provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services. The role involves supervising and/or delivering direct employment services to program participants who may be funded or unfunded, with wage commensurate to position.

A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are required, and a background check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally.
• Must have valid driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Background check required; no crimes against person or arson.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services.
• Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to program participants.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, case notes, service reports, and time studies as applicable.
• Provide hands-on training and support to participants at various work locations.
• Gather data to fulfill reporting requirements including work behaviors and productivity.
• Develop intake, service plans, and supporting documentation; assist in their review.
