Responsibilities

  • Drives successful execution of personnel and talent management processes including employment policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
  • Oversees day-to-day employee benefit programs and coordinates with 3rd party entities involved with welfare benefit plan development, enrollment, continuation, and termination.
  • Responsible for day-to-day function personnel file management, employee benefit management, onboarding, recruiting support, ACA, licensure.
  • Supports development of a high performing personnel function and collaboration with Operations and finance leaders.
  • Cross-trained with Accounting for payroll, 403(b) retirement plan, and employee-related functions.
  • Collaborates with CFO, Accounting, and Director of Administration to improve policies and processes.
  • Embraces and models ICM’s values and mission.
  • Assists in documenting policies, procedures, programs, and metrics that support business goals.
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Description

This position is a hybrid work location that will report several days a week to our Little Rock location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities described below may not reflect all duties asked of this position, but rather indicate categories of work. Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Drives successful execution of personnel and talent management processes including employment policies and procedures and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversees the day-to-day employee benefit programs and successfully coordinates with 3rd party entities involved with welfare benefit plan development, enrollment, continuation, and termination.
  • Responsible for day-to-day function personnel file management, employee benefit management, onboarding, recruiting support, ACA, licensure, etc.
  • Supports the development of a high performing, pro-active personnel function and competence that delivers effective support and partners successfully with ICM’s Operations and finance leaders.
  • Comprehensively cross-trained with ICM’s Accounting function for all payroll, 403(b) retirement plan, and employee related functions
  • Collaborates with CFO, Accounting, and Director of Administration to improve the programs, policies, practices, and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational employee matters of the organization.
  • Enthusiastically embraces, supports, and models ICM’s values and mission.
  • Assists in documenting new and revised policies, procedures, programs, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.

Work Schedule

Primarily, the days and hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Weekends and evenings as needed if emergencies arise. Hours and workdays will vary to accommodate the needs of the customer and ICM. ICM permits a hybrid approach to working remotely and in-office, as approved by the supervisor. This position would allow a hybrid approach of 2-3 remote days per week, on a flexible basis, based on employee and supervisor preference. Travel to other ICM locations, conferences and other work-related activities may sometimes be necessary, but should not exceed 10% of the time.
