Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking an entry-level Quality professional in Atlanta to support production quality. You will perform in-process and final inspections, drive SPC-based analyses, and assist with PPAP reviews while coordinating supplier and internal audits.

Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. This is a full-time hourly role offering hands-on quality system operations in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering major or equivalent experience in manufacturing quality.
• Experience in manufacturing quality control or production quality.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality standards and audits.
• English communication for global customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish inspection standards and perform in-process inspections.
• Lead SPC-based capability analysis and improvement actions.
• Coordinate internal and supplier quality audits and PPAP activities.
• Prepare 8D reports for customer complaints and nonconformities.
