Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking an entry-level production worker to join the Statesboro plant. You will perform production activities, operate machines, and follow company work instructions to support safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

The role reports to the Production Team Leader and involves close teamwork. Responsibilities include quality inspections of parts, daily equipment checks, 3C 5S adherence, and documenting basic records.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• - Follow all safe work practices and PPE requirements.


• - Maintain clean and orderly working environments.


• - Focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity.


• - Improve operator's cycle time by suggesting layout modification to team leaders or supervisors.


• - Conduct rework activities and defect tracking processes.


• - Must be able to work assigned shift with designated hours

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

• - High School diploma / GED


• - Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (Not required).


• - Ability to read and follow written instructions.


• - Demonstrated attention to detail and experience with precise work.


• - Able to distinguish between quality and defective work results.


• - Excellent hand and eye coordination.


• - Able to lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs occasionally.

Organizational Relationships :

• - Reports to the Production Team Leader for all phases of activities.


• - Coordinates job duties with Production Team Members
