MAJOR FUNCTION S:

• Generate shipping labels and Bills of Lading to support the forklift team in fulfilling customer orders efficiently.
• Create Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) in the customer’s ERP system to notify them of upcoming deliveries and estimated arrival times.
• Communicate with the in-plant third-party logistics (3PL) dispatcher throughout the work shift to provide updates and input on shipment priorities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct inventory checks for parts within the Sales department to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Ensure accurate maintenance of shipping records, including bills of lading, packing lists, and transportation documents.
• Manage customer inquiries concerning shipment timelines, transit delays, and shipping documentation, ensuring accurate and detailed information is provided.
• Coordinate with other departments to align shipping schedules with production timelines and inventory availability.
• Address and resolve customer shortages caused by mislabeling or RFID discrepancies by coordinating additional parts deliveries as needed.
• Report returned parts to the Quality Control supervisor and coordinates the movement back to the Quality Control Department.
• Report emergency situations to the Sale Department Managers for appropriate action.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent Excel and computer related skills.
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and organization skills.
