Job summary

Voltava is seeking an assembly line technician to operate equipment in a high-volume production environment. You will rotate through assembly tasks, perform visual quality checks, and adhere to the Manufacturing Operating System while participating in daily meetings.

This role requires staying compliant with 5S standards, health and safety guidelines, and standardized work instructions. You will contribute to quality and productivity improvements and support team goals through effective problem

• Work any shift and overtime as required.
• Participate in and attend daily shift and department meetings as required.
• Must be able to rotate through all tasks in the assembly process and contribute to team effort in order to complete production.
• Adhere to housekeeping and visual management standards (5S).

• Ability to lift parts from 10-35lbs.
• Full Range of Motion (ability to bend and twist while moving parts).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (10 – 12 hours per day).
