Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor and at the register. You greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ring up purchases using the POS system, while following safe money-handling procedures.

You will help keep the sales floor stocked and properly priced, support training of new teammates, and answer customer questions by directing calls or guiding them to the right department.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• High School Degree or equivalent
• General computer skills
