Redwood Smoke Shack Norfolk is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our Texas-inspired BBQ crew in Ghent. You’ll help with counter service, assist in assembling meats and sides, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid employee meals and discounts, paid training, and the opportunity to earn tips on top of this base pay. No early mornings, no late nights; hours typically 11am–8pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.
