Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Fresno, CA is seeking a team member to provide outstanding guest service and help create a welcoming, clean, and engaging club experience. You’ll greet members, guide tours, process sign-ups, and help with front desk tasks while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

The role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to balance busy periods with accurate attention to detail.

• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families

Your New Role

Pay Range: $17.15 - $18.46 / hour; based on experience.

Hours: Open availability preferred

As a Team Member at Chuze, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Requirements:

Preferences:

• High school graduate or equivalent

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
