Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Tucson is seeking a welcoming Team Member to greet guests, assist with memberships, lead tours, and guide new members through sign-ups and orientation.

You will help keep the club clean, support front desk tasks and phone inquiries, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy atmosphere. Benefits include a free MAX Chuze Fitness membership and retail discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for members and guests by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, and tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and inviting space.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and services, partnering with leadership when needed.
• Assist with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and exceptional service for families.

Your New Role

Pay Range: $15.70 - $16.87 / hour; based on experience.

Hours: Closing Shift

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member at Chuze, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your days will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families

Your Skills:

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences:

• High school graduate or equivalent

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
