Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in a fast-paced environment in Topsham, ME. You will set up stations, prepare menu items with the team, and ensure quality and timely service. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive family atmosphere.

The role requires the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and follow safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of hospitality equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations with all necessary items.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Follow supervisors' directions and proper cooking techniques.
• Ensure food quality and timeliness.
• Practice correct food handling and storage per regulations.
• Maintain a positive, respectful team environment.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment needs to management.
