Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard is seeking a Team Member to join our local restaurant team. You will help deliver legendary service, assist with orders, and maintain a welcoming dining area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Prepare food quickly and accurately, while protecting food safety processes and the highest food quality standards
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
