Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Florida is seeking a part-time Team Member to welcome members, guide club tours, and help with sign-ups. The role emphasizes hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and proactive member service in a busy fitness club environment.

You will help keep the club clean, assist at the front desk, and support member questions about accounts and services. Evening and weekend availability is required, with benefits including a free MAX Chuze Fitness membership and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
• Support Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families

Your New Role

Pay Range: $15.25 / hour; based on experience.

Hours: Evening/Weekend availability required / Part-time

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member at Chuze, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your days will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences:

• High school graduate or equivalent

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
