Job summary

Sgt. Clean Car Wash is looking for a Team Member to serve as the first impression for customers. You will greet guests, explain wash options and unlimited plans, and ensure high service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You may assist in the wash process and perform vehicle cleaning tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have a friendly, energetic attitude, strong communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously when they arrive at the car wash.
• Advise customers on wash options and inform them of unlimited plans and specials.
• Possess a high level of proficiency in wash packages, unlimited plans and services.
• Assist in the wash process as loader/sender as needed.
• Perform duties such as vacuuming, drying vehicles, window cleaning, and vehicle cleaning.
• Work in a fun, fast-paced environment; must be able to work outside.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and be positive and personable.
• Work flexible days and hours; full-time positions require 30–40 hours per week.

Sgt. Clean Team Member are responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service, making sure that our customer's needs are not only met but exceeded. This role is crucial to the continued success for Sgt. Clean Car Wash. You are the company’s first impression for the customer and we take this position very seriously.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hold yourself accountable as the first impression of our company and the facility. You are Sgt. Clean “Ambassador of first impressions”.
• Greet our customers promptly and courteously when they arrive at the car wash.
• Advise customers as to which car wash may be best suited for their vehicle and inform the customer of our unlimited car wash plans and any specials.
• Possess a high level of proficiency in our wash packages, unlimited plans, process, procedures and other wash services.
• Assist in the wash process from time to time as loader/sender
• Perform duties such as vacuum, drying vehicles, window cleaning, dash/console cleaning, vehicle cleaning, machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast paced, production-oriented environment; Must be able to work outside
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable
• Ability to work flexible days and hours; Full Time positions must be able to work 30-40 hours per week

Compensation Package:

• Compensation range $14 + commission
• 401k and up to 3% company match
• PTO per company policy
