Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.

• Reliable transportation to/from the restaurant.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform restaurant duties.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, answer questions about the menu and provide warm service.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system and handle modifications.
• Process transactions and ensure correct change.
• Suggest add-ons and promotions to increase guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications and package as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including dining room and back-of-house areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
