Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring Team Members to join our growing restaurants. You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, process payments, and contribute to a friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a smile and answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system, including modifications.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specs and packaging requirements.
• Keep a clean, organized work area including dining room and counters.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities
