This role offers flexible shifts, training, and opportunities to advance within a growing franchise network. As a Team Member, you’ll greet guests, input orders, handle payments, suggest add-ons, keep areas clean, follow safety standards, and collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with eye contact, smiling and answering questions about the menu.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately, including modifications and special requests.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments, ensuring correct change.
• Suggest add-ons or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
