Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee with over 40 locations across Oregon and Washington—and we're still growing. The Team Member role focuses on food safety, cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting at our Richland location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age/work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible hours available.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate or obtain during employment as required by state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness according to sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier areas.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
