Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with ability to provide age/work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness, follow sanitation guidelines, and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Prepare ingredients and cook items to meet order demands, assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service across dining room, drive-thru, and cashier areas, address needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Support team success with clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Follow restaurant policies to ensure high-quality service and guest experience.
