Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a Taco Bell franchisee in Oregon, seeking Team Members to deliver friendly service and maintain food safety standards. You may work in dining-area, drive-thru, or cashier roles, with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.

No prior experience required; the position is open to anyone 16 or older. Flexible scheduling and a focus on excellent guest experiences are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age/work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state/local requirements).

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness, follow sanitation guidelines, and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands; assist with receiving deliveries and inventory tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier positions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
