Job summary

Sycuan is seeking a Team Member Experience Supervisor who will lead culture-driven campaigns and engagement programs. You will collaborate with executives to align initiatives with the company’s values, while planning large-scale events that celebrate team members across departments.

You will train and supervise the Team Member Experience Coordinator, manage budgets, and act as the internal expert for our communication app, ensuring smooth usage and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, hospitality, communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, event planning, communications or related experience.
• 6 months of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Experience with expense management and budgeting; intermediate MS Office & Canva skills.
• Event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement team member experience and communication campaigns by analyzing trends and needs.
• Serve as an internal ambassador for culture and core values.
• Work with Sycuan executive teams to align programs with leadership.
• Plan and manage logistics for company-wide events (all-team meetings, recognition, longevity, diversity events).
• Manage and lead the Team Member Experience Coordinator.
• Support HR events (job fairs, trainings, wellness, safety).
• Serve as SME for internal communication mobile app and assist app admins.
• Manage survey tool for HR and analyze data for opportunities.
• Coordinate with departments to drive team member experience projects.
• Manage internal communication screens, event calendar and social media groups.
• Communicate with external contacts and vendors; manage budget and invoices.
