As an hourly Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments, and responding appropriately to customer issues.
2. Performing quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
3. Operating cash register or point of sale devices and using suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
4. Verifying the accuracy of guest orders.
5. Preparing and packaging food and drinks.
6. Cleaning kitchen areas, counters, food prep areas, and utensils.
7. Cleaning dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
8. Maintaining health and safety standards.
9. Unloading and stocking inventory.
10. Prompt and regular attendance.
11. Following uniform and grooming standards.
12. Resolving issues that arise in the restaurant.
13. Learning team skills and working collaboratively to achieve goals.
14. Responding professionally and politely to guest needs.
15. Communicating positively with customers, peers, and managers.

Requirements include:

• Previous fast food or quick service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Willingness to perform all restaurant tasks.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Upbeat, positive attitude and team spirit.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 30-50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
