Job Details

• Hourly Wage up to $14/hour.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
2. Perform quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
3. Operate cash register or point of sale devices, and use suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
4. Verify the accuracy of fast food guests’ orders.
5. Prepare and package food and drinks.
6. Clean kitchen areas, counters, food prep areas, utensils, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
7. Maintain health and safety standards.
8. Unload and stock inventory as needed.
9. Attend to shifts reliably.
10. Follow uniform and grooming standards.
11. Work to resolve restaurant issues.
12. Learn team skills; work collaboratively.
13. Respond professionally to guest needs.
14. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.

Requirements

1. Previous fast food/quick service experience preferred but not required.
2. Effective customer service skills.
3. Willingness to perform all restaurant tasks.
4. Desire to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
5. Upbeat, positive attitude and teamwork skills.
6. Reliable transportation.
7. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Basic math skills.
9. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 30-50 pounds, and perform physical motions.
10. Minimum age of 16 years.
