Work as a Crew Member- Mainline Ramming in our foundry's Mainline area, forming and/or setting molds for molten iron casting. Responsible for ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining EEC quality standards. Duties include ramming molds, finishing molds, operating overhead cranes and mobile equipment, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and specifications
• Prepare patterns and gating, cores, rigs for molding
• Follow product development standards and safety protocols
• Inspect and set molds, ensuring dimensions meet tolerances

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work at heights and pass physical requirements
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
• Ability to operate cranes after training and certification
• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures and lift 30-60 pounds

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or foundry environments
• Reading blueprints and using tape measures
• Crane operation certification

Working Conditions:
