Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Cook - Team Member to prepare and cook menu items to Popeyes standards in a clean, safe kitchen. You will follow recipes, manage portions, and support the team during peak service to deliver hot, fresh Cajun hospitality.

The role requires familiarity with POS systems, ServSafe certification preferred, and strong communication. Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

This role requires consistency, speed, and attention to detail to ensure every guest receives high-quality food prepared with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality.
