Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Cook - Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to Popeyes standards, follow established recipes, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

We value reliable teammates with a positive attitude and strong communication. Experience in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings and weekends help you thrive at Popeyes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• You will operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain organized and sanitary workstations, and support overall kitchen flow during peak service periods.
