Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate communications, journalism or marketing.
• Experience building strategic communications plans across channels.
• Experience planning and overseeing events (media, consumer or employee).
• Ghost write for C-suite and develop thought leadership strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Creates engaging content across email, intranet, social media and digital displays.
• Collaborates with leadership and HR to plan culture-building events.
• Develops multimedia stories to showcase teams and achievements.
• Supports leaders with presentations and talking points.
• Coordinates town halls, awards, and training sessions.
• Creates visual communications and promotional materials.
