Express Wash Concepts in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and drive sales of Unlimited Wash Club packages. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with room to grow into leadership roles.

You will greet customers, explain membership benefits, and process basic POS transactions in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality service while supporting the team and learning the wash

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality control checks and follow safety SOPs.
• Address escalations calmly and operate basic POS/retail equipment.
• Upsell products and explain membership benefits to new customers.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club

• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.

• Actively engage withcustomerspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.

• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.

• Comply withall safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.

• Understand andoperatebasic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)

• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.

• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand theknowledgebase.

• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.
