Express Wash Concepts is hiring at the Davison location to join Clean Express Auto Wash as a Team Member. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to advance and succeed, plus ongoing training and benefits.

The role focuses on exceptional customer service, selling monthly Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and delivering fast, eco-friendly car wash services. You'll grow with a fast-paced, award-winning team that supports your journey, with pay increases tied to training, recognition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, or current enrollment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address all customer escalations in a calm, collected manner.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:
