Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring at Clean Express Auto Wash in Greensburg, PA. As a Team Member, you will deliver exceptional customer service, promote the Unlimited Wash Club, and upsell products to customers. You will greet guests, manage sales at the POS, and support wash operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb regularly, and work weekends. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality control and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and learn the wash process.
• Perform related duties as required.
