Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and actively upsell Unlimited Wash Club memberships while promoting add-on products.

You will greet customers, educate them on benefit programs, and help ensure 100% satisfaction during and after the wash in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or in progress.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers.
• Present Unlimited Wash Club memberships and upsell products.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and process transactions.
• Support team with related duties as needed.
