Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash in Pittsburgh. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to customers during their visit.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with training and opportunities for advancement. The role requires flexibility, outdoor work, and the ability to lift weights, with a supportive path toward leadership positions within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand/move throughout site in fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and upsell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and set first impressions.
• Engage customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and handle transactions.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and memberships.
