Express Wash Concepts LLC in Greensburg, PA is hiring a Team Leader to support site operations and deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales growth and maintaining high quality. You will lead the team, greet customers, educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure safety and appearance standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support site’s facility and operations responsibilities to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales growth and maintain quality standards.
• Greet customers with a professional first impression and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction.
• Lead the team to achieve and sustain high-quality service.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
