Position Overview

Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, located at 6300 Steubenville Pike, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15205.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and focusing sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers.
• Educating customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greeting and exceeding customer expectations through first impressions.
• Actively engaging with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintaining quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Complying with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly addressing all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understanding and operating basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitching membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learning the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Performing other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
