Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking Team Members for cashier and cook roles to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with training and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable and ready to work in a high-energy environment. You’ll gain experience in guest service, food preparation and teamwork, with flexible scheduling and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work approximately 10–40 hours per week
• Dependable and ready to work when scheduled
• Friendly, energetic and committed to providing excellent service
• Able to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• No previous restaurant experience required

Responsibilities

• Complete the comprehensive Zaxby’s training program
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, accuracy and speed
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
• Follow company operating, food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Work cooperatively with teammates and restaurant leadership
• Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and on time
• Support other areas of the restaurant when needed
• Demonstrate urgency, teamwork and professionalism
