Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking Team Members to join our family in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Team Members will rotate through Front of House and Back of House tasks, including taking orders, preparing and cooking food, serving guests, and keeping areas clean and organized.

You will participate in online and hands-on training designed to develop skills across roles, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of food.

• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
