Job summary

Zaxbys is hiring cashiers to be the first point of contact for guests, taking and entering orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will provide friendly service, greet guests, and promote current promotions while accurately processing transactions at the POS.

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with benefits for full-time team members. Training and progression opportunities are highlighted in the role description.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders and handle payments.
• Keep dining room and guest areas clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service following standard procedures.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions and enter orders into the POS system.
