Job Summary

Greet guests with a smile and accurately take their orders and payments. Inside and outside (drive‑up) positions are available. Take phone or catering orders to help customers plan special events. Provide completed orders by calling out numbers with a rhyme (#29, it’s time to dine!). Prepare food to high‑quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.

Cook food to order, such as Italian beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more. Follow provided recipes and uphold Portillo’s standards. Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place.
