Job summary

Go Greek Yogurt Georgetown is opening a new location and seeking friendly, dependable team members to greet guests, explain menu items, and prepare orders. You don’t need previous restaurant experience; a willingness to learn and care for others is valued.

As a Team Member, you will help maintain clean stations, follow safety standards, and support your teammates during busy periods. Base pay starts at $19 per hour plus tips, with part-time or full-time options and eligibility for PTO and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Create Great Guest Experiences: Welcome guests warmly, help navigate the menu, answer questions with care.
• Deliver Quality Products: Prepare bowls and items to Go Greek Yogurt standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Support Your Team: Communicate clearly, stay flexible during busy periods, and follow through on commitments.
• Learn and grow: Engage in training and seek feedback to improve.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with others and take pride in doing things well.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Go Greek Yogurt. You’ll welcome guests, introduce them to our products, prepare orders, and help create an experience that keeps people coming back.

You don’t need years of restaurant experience. We’re looking for people who are curious, willing to learn, and genuinely care about others.

What You’ll Do

1. Create Great Guest Experiences

• Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Help guests navigate our menu and discover products they’ll enjoy.
• Handle questions and concerns with patience and care.

2. Deliver Quality Products

• Prepare yogurt bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to our standards.
• Maintain consistency in portions, presentation, and product quality.
• Learn our ingredients and products so you can confidently guide guests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Help with opening, closing, and daily preparation.

4. Support Your Team

• Communicate clearly and help coworkers when needed.
• Stay flexible and positive during busy periods.
• Take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments.

5. Learn and Grow

• Participate in training and coaching.
• Ask questions, accept feedback, and look for ways to improve.
• Take pride in helping build a great team from the beginning.
