Dunkin' Donuts in Texas is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages, greet guests, and keep the area clean and organized. You will follow recipes, handle orders, and maintain a guest-focused atmosphere during shifts that may include drive-thru and counter service.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a HS diploma or GED preferred, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and teamwork.

• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Overview:

A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)

Education/Experience:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet
