Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages per Dunkin standards, provide great guest service, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

Responsibilities include following brand standards, preparing orders, answering guest questions, maintaining equipment and stock, and ensuring fast, accurate service in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Restaurant Team Member

Reports To:

Overview:

A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
