IMA PAYROLL LLC is seeking smiling, team-focused hospitality professionals to join our in-shop crew. You will help create memorable guest experiences through best-in-class pizza service and friendly interactions.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safe food handling, on-floor presence, and learning our custom pizza builds. We offer tips, PTO after 90 days, instant pay, potential growth, benefits, and 401k.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
