F&M takes pride in crafting perfect pies and delivering an unforgettable guest experience in a fast-paced shop. This role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and learning our custom pizza builds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will spend most of your shift on the floor or at the front, upholding cleanliness, safety, and a friendly, high-energy service culture that drives guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working in a team environment
• Excellent hospitality and guest service mindset

• Able to lift 20-40 pounds and stay mobile for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Work 80-90% of the shift on the floor or in the front of the shop
• Provide best-in-class hospitality to guests

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
