&pizza is seeking team-minded individuals for on-site roles in Reston, VA. The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and learning our custom pizza builds while following safety and uniform policies.

The job entails standing on the shop floor, assisting guests, and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly environment. Ideal candidates speak conversational English and can lift 20–40 pounds, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic pizza operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn our custom pizza builds.
• Practice safe food handling.
• Adhere to uniform policy.
• Spend 80-90% of shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Lift 20-40 pounds regularly and perform full mobility tasks for up to 8 hours.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
