Job summary

&pizza is hiring for in-shop roles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will join a team focused on guest experience, high standards, and quality pizza builds, with room for growth and a livable wage.

You’ll be on the shop floor most of the time, delivering excellent hospitality and teamwork across shifts. Members enjoy tips, PTO after 90 days, instant pay, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
